Dr Anna is so lovely and really cares about her work. A natural animal lover and dedicated enough to resist Vet Exams in English when Portuguese is her native tongue. Very thorough with testing and accessible for follow ups. Highly recommended.

Genuine 5 stars. Anna and her work colleague were fabulous. My cat, Maggie pulled out the most aggressive and anti-social behaviour (due to being in extreme agony) and was very hard to tame. They both persisted and tried many different avenues and spent extra time to ensure she was okay. Thank you. 🩷

Anna is everything I’ve been looking for in a vet. My cat was very unwell and clearly in a lot of pain, and she spent nearly two hours at my home caring for him. She was incredibly patient, taking her time to gently catch him without causing unnecessary stress so she could complete a thorough examination. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she treats and takes the time to fully understand their health issues. She explained her recommendations for tests and treatment in detail, was completely transparent about costs, and provided multiple options so I could make an informed decision. Dr Anna has been a wonderful vet for our 13 year old cat in the comfort of our own home. We have worked together to get him on a good pain medicine plan, she provides options and pathways, and has been a pleasure to work with for the care of our dear boy.
